Double disk friction screw press

On the basis of retaining the typical structural characteristics of the double disc friction press, this machine also has the following technical features:

1. Adopting a combination of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic control, the action is sensitive, the operation is stable, and the strike energy can be pre selected;

2. Using a translational brake device fixed on the platform to brake the flywheel, the braking torque is large, sensitive and reliable, and braking can be achieved at any position throughout the entire stroke.

3. Adopting a structure of integral frame and pull rod, the frame has good strength.

4. The control has been changed from a fork operated type to a two cylinder direct push type, with the control cylinder directly pushing the spindle to move left and right.

Direct drive electric screw press

The electric screw press belongs to the direct drive structure of the motor. The motor torque is directly transmitted to the screw without intermediate transmission components such as belts and gears, making the press structure simple;

The switched reluctance motor system consists of a controller and a switched reluctance motor. The controller is composed of embedded microprocessors, large-scale integrated circuits, electronic functional devices, and software, and has the functions of low starting current, high starting torque load, and no impact on the power grid.
